We know that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else is never easy. However, we will make it our priority to ensure your rabbits our cared for like our own.Payment- all payments must be made prior to arrival or upon arrival. A deposit is required to secure your date, without this the booking is not confirmed.We do not mix any rabbits in our care, apart from any bonded bunnies living together.We have vaccination requirements to ensure the well being of your rabbit and that of other guests. Your rabbit will need to be vaccinated against myxomatosis and VHD. Only rabbits with an up to date vaccination card will be accepted. This will need to be seen prior to your pets stay. All pets boarding with us must be in good health and parasite free. We do not mind guests staying with a pre-existing medical condition as agreed with beforehand.We take every step possible to avoid any rabbit in our care becoming a victim of flystrike. Hutches are cleaned daily and rabbits checked regularly. We will not be held responsible should your pet become a victim of flystrike.If your pet becomes ill during their stay , we will inform you immediately and consult our local vet a few minutes drive away. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet any costs of medical review and treatment must be met by you, the owner. You will be required to pay these costs in full upon collection of your pet. Or if your own vet is close by we will travel there and request for the bill to be put on your account. In the rare event that your pet passes away whilst in our care we will contact you immediately.We do not accept any liability in the unlikely event your pet becomes ill or passes away in our care.All pets must be checked on departure. No claims can be made against The Rabbit Nanny after departure.


Payment- all payments must be made prior to arrival or upon arrival. Either by cash or bank transfer.


Abandoned Pets- If your pet is not collected and we are unable to contact you with the information provided, we will, after 5 days attempt to re-home your pet at a local rescue centre- you will be liable for all additional boarding fees until re-homing has taken place.
